Patient-Focused Imaging
The Intelli IP iterative processing technology is designed to improve noise reduction while maintaining efficient reconstruction. The reconstruction speed is stated to be 50% faster than the conventional CT, and users can select from seven levels of noise reduction. This allows imaging parameters to be adjusted according to clinical requirements for exposure dose, image noise, and artifact reduction.
The system also incorporates motion artifact correction, which can compensate for patient movement after scanning. When a patient's anatomy extends outside the effective field of view but remains within the maximum effective field of view, images can be reconstructed without repeating the scan in the stated situations.
High-Resolution Submillimeter Imaging
The Supria 32 uses 0.625 mm × 16-channel scanning to produce high-resolution images efficiently. Submillimeter slice imaging supports detailed 3D and multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) images, including oblique MPR views after scanning.
Its high-speed rotation, X-ray output, and image reconstruction capabilities combine to support high-throughput examinations with high image quality.
Flexible CT Imaging
The gantry can tilt through ±30 degrees, providing additional flexibility in positioning and helping reduce exposure to radiation-sensitive tissues in applicable examinations. The system also provides a 750 mm bore, allowing patients to be scanned in various positions.
HiMAR (High-Quality Metal Artifact Reduction) estimates and corrects artifacts associated with metal, supporting image quality in examinations where metallic objects may affect the reconstructed image.
Advanced Cardiac and Functional Applications
ECG Prospective scanning synchronizes image acquisition with electrocardiographic information. The resulting images can be used for calcium scoring analysis when paired with a 3D workstation equipped with the required calcium scoring function.
